"Meow!" Shiro cried out, then opened its mouth.

Ayano Natsukawa understood what it meant. She hesitated for a moment, then poured a little bit of alcohol from the bottle into Shiro's mouth—just a tiny amount.

Shiro tasted it, seemed startled by the flavor, and stuck out its tongue.
